Quick question, is it possible to hook up 3 monitors to 1 gtx 580.
1 monitor with HDMI and 2 monitors with normal DVI|||No.
Absolutely NONE of nVidia's consumer-grade video cards can support three monitors on 1 card. The GTX580 supports a maximum of TWO monitors only.
If you want to run three monitors, you will need to add ANOTHER GTX580.
If you really want to run triple monitors off one card, you need a DisplayPort-equipped version of ATI's HD5000- or HD6000-series. And the third monitor MUST be connected to the DisplayPort jack for triple monitors to work.
